Senior Lawyer

Jeff has experience representing both Plaintiffs and Insurance Companies, with over 12 years’ experience in litigation. Jeff originally qualified as a lawyer in Singapore and is dual qualified in Westen Australia. Jeff likes to take a hands-on approach to his claims and clients and will always make time to speak with his clients during the most stressful of times for them.

Areas of special Interest:
Passionate about helping injured people, Jeffs focus is the area of accidents that happen in the workplace, regularly attending Workcover and Court to represent his clients. Jeff has a special interest in liability disputes when injured workers are challenged by the insurer on having their claims accepted and treatment approved.

Interests:
Since becoming a Father, Jeff has had to make some sacrifices to his own personal enjoyment of Rugby and Basketball, although it didn’t take much to convince giving up when he would ‘get smashed weekly due to a size issue’. Since then, Jeff still enjoys the occasional game of Football (Soccer), whether with friends or his young family.
