Mrs Turner

Mrs Turner had been a Clinic Nurse Manager for over ten years at the time of her Motor Vehicle Accident. She was the driver of a correctly proceeding vehicle which was struck by another car that caused her vehicle to spin 90 degrees during the collision.

Her accident left her with serious injuries that affected her day to day life and her ability to return to her employment.

Our Accident Claims Lawyers Team worked with her for nearly 4 years, recommending specialists referrals for medical assessments including scans and x-rays, treatment such as injections and surgery, later she followed a course of rehabilitation in the form of Physiotherapy to aide her recovery.

Mrs Turner was examined by General Practitioners and Orthopaedic Surgeons throughout the duration of her case, to ensure that she was provided with the correct referrals and all clinical findings were documented.

Legal proceedings were issued against the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, our Lawyers worked meticulously with Expert Legal Counsel to ensure that Mrs Turner received the maximum amount of damages for her case. The matter settled by way of a Pre-Trial Conference.

Client states: “I have no complaints with Accident Claims Lawyers, I would recommend them to other people, I certainly would.  They tell you clearly what to expect and that’s what you need to hear sometimes, despite your own emotions.”

“I feel like everyone did their best, obviously it’s difficult to put yourself in your clients shoes, you are not experiencing everything they are feeling, but they ACL were as professional as they could be, they behaved professionally throughout. I have no complaints.”

“It means more than the money that I now have the freedom of mind and peace of mind to just move on with my life.”
