Mr P

Whilst at his place of work as a Serviceman and Driver, Mr P injured his lower back as he was cleaning and testing equipment in the course of his employment.

After dealing with his claim himself initially, he approached Accident Claims Lawyers to provide assistance as he was suffering physical pain and financial losses.

Our expert team recognised that this young man required a Medical Legal expert to complete a Clinical Assessment and Examination.  Accident Claims Lawyers immediately referred him to for a full diagnosis and prognosis by a General Practitioner then an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon.  This in turn lead to specialist rehabilitation treatment from a Chiropractor and Hydro therapist.  Further MRI/CT Scans were facilitated and epidural injections assisted our clients recovery.  He later received, upon recommendation of the Orthopaedic Surgeon successful surgery and further rehabilitation.

ACL were able to secure a return to work for Mr P on a graduated basis, with split shifts and additional breaks.  He was successfully able to return to his pre-accident occupation, with just a few precautions in place.

A settlement was agreed at a Conciliation Hearing at Work Cover, which was attended by Accident Claims Lawyers, ensuring that the client was compensated for his injuries and associated losses based on his medical impairment.

Client states:

Workers Compensation shouldn’t be so hard, especially for someone in recovery. I struggled on my own for six months with the insurer, before seeking the aid of ACL. When I handed my claim over to ACL, the stress I had already been through was passed on as well. These things take time, but the team helped me along every step of the way and got me a great result in the end.

Highly recommend, Accident Claims Lawyers from the start of any Workers Compensation claim. Don’t even try to do it on your own like I did. Well worth it.”
