We are a Perth-based national law firm, looking for Workers Compensation Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will run their own caseload of Workers Compensation claims up to and including running cases to trial and settlement, whilst exercising excellence in good client care.
The individual must be a qualified Solicitor approved to practice in Western Australia. They must also have previous working experience in Workers Compensation claims including performing their own advocacy, ran common law Workers Compensation claims to trial and appealed decisions of the Workers Compensation Authority. We would be looking for an individual able to embrace a case management system and forward-thinking law firm.
